Programmes grounded in evidence-based psychology, combined with experiential and systemic methods, to help women build the inner foundation for a career — and a life — that actually fits who they are.

The first years of your career are full of opportunity — and full of noise. What does your manager really think of you? Are you doing enough? Are you too much? Should you ask for that raise, that project, that seat at the table?
Most women in this phase don't lack talent. They lack a space to figure out who they are at work — and what they actually want.
The Young Female Leadership ProgrammeFor universities
Research consistently shows that female students are disproportionately affected by perfectionism, imposter feelings, and people-pleasing behaviour — patterns that limit their potential long before they enter the workforce.
Our programmes give universities a concrete way to address this. Through experiential workshops and small-group sessions, we help female students develop the self-awareness, resilience, and leadership skills that their academic curriculum doesn't cover.

For organisations
The transition into a first leadership role is one of the most disorienting moments in a woman's professional life. The skills that got her here — being thorough, reliable, collaborative — suddenly feel insufficient.
Our leadership programmes support women at this exact inflection point: building the inner foundation that makes leadership sustainable — not just effective on paper.

I started this work because I believe the world genuinely needs more women who lead — not despite who they are, but because of it.
Looking back at my twenties, I remember the questions that kept me up at night. Who am I, really? What do I actually want? Why do I keep on doubting myself, while I know I am competent? Nobody teaches you how to answer those questions, while they can seriously get into your way.
Over the years, I've seen those same struggles in hundreds of women I've worked with — students, young professionals, first-time leaders. Brilliant, capable women who were somehow still holding themselves back. That's what drives everything I build at the Women's Leadership Academy.
The Women's Leadership Academy works with a select group of experienced female trainers and facilitators who share the same values and approach. Together, we have the depth and range to work across different contexts — from intimate small-group programmes to large-scale institutional partnerships.
